Brow Lift
A brow lift, or forehead lift, is a surgical procedure to correct a low-positioned or sagging brow and minimize the lines and creases in the forehead. Intended to improve the appearance of the facial region between the upper eyelids and the scalp, extending to the temples, the brow lift can:
- Reduce furrows in the forehead and brow area
- Minimize creases that develop across the forehead or high on the bridge of the nose
- Improve “frown lines” between the eyebrows
- Reposition low or sagging brows
- Raise eyebrows to a more alert and youthful position
A brow lift can be performed through either multiple limited incisions hidden within the hairline or through a single incision in the natural crease of the upper eyelids. It can also be performed alone or in conjunction with other rejuvenation procedures such as eyelid surgery or a facelift and can be enhanced with laser resurfacing or a chemical peel.
