While our main office is in Missoula, we also have satellite plastic surgery clinics in Whitefish and Helena. Angela: Northwest Plastic Surgery currently has three locations. Our main location is here in Missoula. It's the office building that we built in 2007.
Dr. Hardy: The building itself was designed in a sense that we didn't want it to look like a medical facility. We wanted it to have a more of a spa type of effect, a comforting effect, so that it didn't have such a sterile environment. We wanted the patient to feel warm and welcomed.
Angela: After a while, we had so many patients coming to us from outside locations that we decided to open satellite clinics. The first one that we opened was in Whitefish, because a pretty large percentage of our patients were coming from the Flathead Valley, and our third location is in Helena. We realized about a year ago that we were seeing an increasing population of patients from Helena, Great Falls, and Bozeman that were making the trip to Missoula. So we decided to do a satellite clinic to make it easier for those patients.
